Magazine Monday......
I love to curl up with a cup of tea, a new magazine, or a pile of old favourites.
I am the proud owner of 15 years worth of House and Garden and Homes and Garden magazines which are stacked under my desk in my study......

Shallow - moi?......
Ok, I promise never to mention my tulips again after this, but I just had post some pictures of the same white tulips that have just popped up to say hello in the back garden of 'little house in London'.
So this time its personal!......
They really clash with the pale pinks and whites planted to compliment the bluebells.
Everything changes when the summer bedding goes in(which at this rate could be in September), and it's an array of green and white again.
Am I a bad person to want them out......NOW!

Waiting for the Wisteria......
We are fortunate to have inherited on the front of our house a beautiful gnarly and twisted Wisteria.
You never quite know from year to year how it's going to perform, but the massive rainfall we have experienced recently here in the UK has brought it on leaps and bounds this week......
I think in another week or so we hopefully should see it in all its glory.
I'll keep you posted.

Yuk Orange......
"One mans(or girls) boring is another mans lovely".
My colour palette of choice is very neutral.
Navy, black, cream, white, grey - or take your pick from the Farrow and Ball colour chart......
My least favourite colour is Orange.
But maybe it's time to give it another go!......
To quote Frank Sinatra "Orange is the happiest colour"
It's certainly bright......
And cheery......
Just a hint......
Or suggestion......
Or centre stage......
And obvious......
I hope these images make you smile.
